How to stop taking court bookings on Messenger
Move players from “Available pa po?” chats to a booking link, without losing the regulars who still message.

Most courts in the Philippines take bookings the same way: a Facebook page, a Messenger inbox, and a notebook or a group chat to keep track. It works until it doesn’t — two groups get the same 7 PM slot, a reply waits three hours because the front desk was busy, and nobody can say how much came in last week.
You don’t have to stop answering messages. The goal is that every booking, however it arrives, ends up in one calendar, and that more players book themselves over time.
Step 1: Get one link players can book from
Your CourtSpace page shows open slots for every court, with your prices and house rules. Players pick a time and book in about a minute, day or night, without waiting for a reply. Your page also has a short link — courtspace.app/your-venue — that fits in a bio or a reply.
Step 2: Put the link where players already ask
- Pin it to the top of your Facebook page and add it as the page’s button.
- Set it as a saved reply in Messenger: “You can see open courts and book here:” + your link.
- Print the QR from your dashboard and tape it at the counter and by the courts.
- Post it in your players’ group chats once a week, with tonight’s open slots.
Step 3: Keep taking messages — but put them in the calendar
Some regulars will always message. That’s fine. When they do, add the booking in the dashboard: court, time, name, where it came from (Messenger, phone, Viber, in person) and whether it’s paid. It blocks the slot online right away, so nobody else can book it.
After saving, copy the ready-made reply and paste it back: “Confirmed! Court 2, Fri Oct 9, 7–8 PM. Book online next time:” with your link. Every reply quietly teaches the next booking to happen online.
Add their email and the player gets a booking code and a link to cancel or move it themselves.
Step 4: Watch the share move
Your reports show bookings by source. Most venues won’t go from 100% Messenger to 0%. Watch the online share grow month by month, with everything else in the same calendar instead of a notebook.
What to say to regulars
Keep it short and friendly: “Pwede na po kayo mag-book dito, kita niyo na agad kung may bakante.” Most players prefer not waiting for a reply once they’ve tried it.
